Dunbar Technology provides mobile applications designed to offer tools, information, forecasts, calculations, maps, notifications, and other digital features.

- Use our Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.
2. Forecasts, Maps, and Informational Content
Some Dunbar Technology apps provide information such as weather forecasts, photography forecasts, astronomy data, environmental conditions, maps, alerts, predictions, calculations, or other informational tools.
While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, all forecasts, predictions, calculations, and data are estimates only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Conditions may change rapidly due to factors outside our control, including weather changes, atmospheric conditions, data provider limitations, technical issues, or other circumstances.
You acknowledge that:
- Our Services are provided for informational purposes only
- Forecasts and predictions are not guaranteed
- You should not rely solely on our Services for safety-critical decisions
Dunbar Technology is not responsible for decisions, travel plans, expenses, missed opportunities, losses, damages, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by our Services.
3. Location-Based Features
Some Services may use your device location or locations you choose to provide in order to deliver features such as forecasts, maps, alerts, calculations, and location-specific information.
You are responsible for managing location permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function correctly if location access is disabled.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some Services may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the platform where you downloaded the application, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by those platforms and are subject to their terms and policies.
Dunbar Technology does not process payments directly and does not receive or store your complete payment information.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional offers.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, a subscription may automatically renew according to the terms displayed during purchase through the applicable app store.
You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
6. Notifications
Some Services may provide optional notifications, alerts, reminders, or updates.
Notification availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

- Travel or planning decisions
- Service interruptions
- Device issues or data loss
13. Changes to Our Services or Terms
We may update our Services or these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if these Terms are violated or if continued access could harm our Services, users, or business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
